Any business or individual offering relevant goods or services that meet SLC’s standards for quality, integrity, and professionalism is eligible to register. The following entities and individuals are eligible to register as suppliers with Sri Lanka Cricket:
- Limited liability companies
- Partnerships
- Proprietorships
- Foreign incorporated companies
- Individuals

Yes, registration fees apply as follows:
- New Suppliers – Per Main Category – Rs.7,000/- + Per Sub Category - Rs. 1,000/- + Taxes.
- Foreign Suppliers - Per Main Category – USD 23/- + Per Sub Category – USD 3/- + Taxes.
- Existing Suppliers – Per Main Category - Rs.3,500/-+ Per Sub Category - Rs. 500/- + Taxes.
All required documents must be uploaded through the online portal at vms.mycricket.com.lk. If additional documents are needed, suppliers will be notified through the system. All required documents must be uploaded and the application must be fully completed on or before 31st December 2025.
Yes, suppliers can register under multiple main and subcategories. Fees will apply for each category selected.
Yes, all required documents must be uploaded together to complete your registration. We recommend gathering softcopies of all necessary documents beforehand to ensure a smooth and efficient registration process. Incomplete applications will not be processed. All required documents must be uploaded and the application must be fully completed on or before 31st December 2025.
Suppliers who are already registered with SLC for the year 2025 are, if deemed necessary, required to renew their registration for the year 2026 through the online system in order to remain eligible for enlistment as suppliers for the year 2026. Requests for Registration/Renewal submitted after the above deadline will not be accepted
Yes, foreign suppliers are welcome to register through the same online portal at vms.mycricket.com.lk. They must comply with the same registration process and provide the necessary documentation.
If your application is rejected, the reason for rejection will be displayed on the system. This may occur if the submitted documents or information are incorrect or do not match the requirements. You will have the option to resubmit the correct documents and information. Ensure that all details are accurate and complete before resubmitting your application. Applications must be resubmitted before the deadline to be considered for registration.
If you are blacklisted from the system, it means you have not complied with SLC’s quality standards or have violated terms outlined by SLC. Reasons for blacklisting may include:
- Failure to meet the agreed quality and service standards.
- Non-compliance with contractual obligations.
- Unresolved payment issues or disputes.
- Any other concerns deemed significant by SLC.
