SLC T20 TOURNAMENT

Colts CC defeated Bloomfield C&AC by 20 runs in a Sri Lanka Cricket T20 Cricket Tournament fixture at the CCC Grounds yesterday.

Colts CC owed their victory to Dhananjaya Lakshan who struck 63 off 47 balls containing three sixes and a boundary in pulling his side from the rut of 69 for four to 146 for 8 wickets in 20 overs. Lakshan’s effort enabled the Colts CC bowlers to restrict Bloomfield to 126 for 6 in 20 overs.

In the other matches, CCC defeated Kandy Customs CC by four wickets while Chilaw Marians CC downed Police SC by 34 runs while Army SC beat Sebastianites CC by 7 wickets at the FTZ Complex, Katunayaka.
