Sri Lanka Under-19 beat Bangladesh Under-19 by one wicket with three balls to spare in the fourth Under-19 Youth ODI to take an unassailable 4-nil lead at the Dambulla International cricket stadium on Saturday.
The architect of the win was Raveen de Silva who made 88 off 100 balls as Sri Lanka chased down a target of 225. His knock contained 9 boundaries and a six as he shared in a 58-run partnership for the seventh wicket with Vinuja Ranpul who scored 23.
Bangladesh Under-19 totalled 224 for 8 wickets with skipper S.M/ Meherob top scoring with 51 and Ariful Islam 50. Sri Lanka Under-19 skipper Dunith Wellalage claimed 4 for 45 .
