The warm up match between Sri Lanka and a New Zealand XI ended in a draw following a rain marred second day without a ball being bowled at the Bert Sutcliffe Oval at Lincoln yesterday. Sri Lanka, batting first, declared at 276 for 4 wickets on a the top score of 95 by Kusal Mendis and unbeaten 78 by opening batsman Oshada Fernando. The New Zealand XI ran up 141 for 1 wicket with skipper Jack Boyle top scoring with 73.
