Former Sri Lankan openers NCCs Niroshan Dickwella and CCCs Nishan Madushka scored centuries during the major inter-club Limited overs (50) tournament

The discarded former Lankan pinch hitter Dickwell was in scintillating form striking a hurricane 112 off only 59 balls with 8 fours and 8 sixes in NCCs massive 228-run win over Tamil Union in reminding the national selectors of his sturdy potential in instant cricket at a juncture the national team has underperformed to crashing out of the T20 World Cup.

So did the young firebrand Nishan Madushaka who smashed an unbeaten 122 off just 65 balls going over the top as many as 5 times and crashing 4 to the ropes in helping CCC thrash BRC by 9 wickets.
