All-rounder Seekkuge Prasanna smashed 58 off 29 balls sending 5 over the ropes and 4 across in a Badureliya SC total of 149 or 7 off 20 overs in their Major Clubs T20 game against NCC which was unfortunately confined to a rain affected no result at the Colts CC Grounds yesterday.

Prasanna’s hammer and tong mainstay innings was the tempo to an otherwise dulled game with other contributions coming from Venula Dwethusa 20 off 26 with 2 boundaries, Dilshan de Soysa 27 with 3 boundaries and Alankara Asanka Silva 20 with the one boundary.

NCC could face only 3.1 overs to getting to 31 fr 1 wicket with Niroshan Dickwella on a fast unbeaten 16 and Kamil Mishara on 14 crossing the ropes thrice.
