SLC MAJOR LEAGUE CLUBS T20 TOURNAMENT

Moors SC defeated CCC by 11 runs in a Sri Lanka Cricket Major Clubs Group A match played at SSC Grounds yesterday.
Moors made 111 for 5 wickets in the rain curtailed 8 over match and restricted CCC to 100 for 8 in 11overs.
Pasindu Sooriyabandara 29 and Sadeera Samarawickrama 23 propped up Moors total.

CCC lost their way after losing 4 wickets for 46 runs including the prize wicket of Dhananjaya de Silva for 8 and opening batsman Lasith Croospulle for a duck.

In that rut, Sahan Korala struck a quickfire 30 off 11 balls packed with 4 over the top and a boundary following an upfront 21 by Nishan Madushka, but his effort could not carry CCC home.
