Sathira Denuwan of Kandy won the Best Bowler award while Gesandu Bisas of Galle was adjudged the Best Batsman in the mega junior cricket tournament regarded as the cradle backbone feeding periphery to sustaining the growth of national cricket as a whole.
Denuwan, hailing from St Anthony’s College, Katugastota claimed 16 wickets from 6 outings with his leg spin.
