Sri Lanka A completely over ran New Zealand A sword edged by a facile innings and 109 run drubbing in the second unofficial test match at the Galle International Cricket Stadium.
Following the high scoring drawn first test, the Lankans went on to drive home their superiority by bundling out the Kiwis for 104 as the visitors were dwarfed by the locals mammoth 518 while facing a 213 first innings deficit having made 305 in their first essay.

Sri Lanka’s match winner with the ball was Dilum Sudeera who bamboozled the Kiwi batsmen with a 10-wicket match bag for 145 runs – 6/107 & 4/38 in exploiting the early batting heroics of opening batsman Kamil Mishara who bludgeoned a career best 174 off 168 balls, and fellow opener Isuru Udara 61.
